Five reasons to book your flight through the Travel Club

Ease

Through our search system, you should hopefully find the flight most suitable for your budget and itinerary. You can also easily book other travel arrangements such as your car hire, transfer, excursion, and airport experience. Using our data provider, some airlines are currently not shown on MyBond. We are working on a resolution and in the meantime, please contact Reservations if your preferred airline is not appearing.

Assistance

We can help with airport check-in and request assistance with boarding. Occasionally a crisis may happen, and our emergency line is available 24/7 to provide reassurance. Our post service team will assist you in dealing with the airline should anything go awry.

If flights are not yet released for the period you wish to travel, we will contact you when they become available. To register interest, please email travel@hpb.co.uk.

Enhanced protection

Flight only bookings receive a Flight Only ATOL Certificate. If you book a flight and another form of qualifying travel service (i.e., accommodation other than your Bond property, car hire or other tourist service that accounts for 25% or more of the value of the package) within 24hrs of booking the flight, you will receive a Flight Inclusive (Multi-Contract) ATOL Certificate, and the booking will become a Package Holiday.

If any of the service providers on the ATOL fail before your holiday takes place, HPB Travel Club will refund you for the failed element or the cost of all services, should you decide to no longer travel. If you are in resort, we will organise your repatriation at our expense.

For the avoidance of doubt, the inclusion of a flight with Bond accommodation or another form of travel service, will not create a package holiday or require the issuance of a Multi-Contract ATOL Certificate. Please contact us for detailed information on what counts as a qualifying travel service.

Booking fee

The flight booking fee is £16 per person. The flight booking fee is reduced to £5 per passenger aged under 18 at the time of booking. Please note, the discounted shareholder booking fee is only available for telephone bookings and does not apply to bookings made on myBond. We book flights through a third-party provider which means our prices can differ when compared with booking direct.

Our environmental commitment

We have planted 18,000 trees in the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), Lancashire. The reforestation project will form an important part of local woodland regeneration, carbon capture and environmental and habit enhancement.

Important Information

HPB Travel Club Ltd are acting as Agent of the Supplier in the provision of flight services. As such, the Terms & Conditions of the airline will apply to your booking and you are advised to read these carefully prior to entering into a contract. Copies of their Terms & Conditions are available on request by emailing travel@hpb.co.uk. Please do not book flights until your property is confirmed. HPB Travel Club Ltd cannot accept liability for cancellation charges or other losses when booked flights are cancelled for any reason including unavailability of accommodation.

When selecting your flights, please consider the property check-in times and the timings of onward transfers.
