Three reasons to book your car hire through the Travel Club

Good value

We have negotiated rates which provide excellent value, with reputable suppliers. Full payment is required online or a deposit of just £15.00 with full payment required within 10 weeks if booking over the phone. If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance on departure, you are refunded in full minus the deposit.

Convenience

The range of cars is immense from small hatchbacks to people carriers, and from manuals to automatics

By booking before departure, you can secure the car group of your choice whilst saving time and effort from having to shop around whilst on holiday.

The suppliers that we use generally have a minimum driver age of just 21 and some have no maximum age limit, giving great flexibility.

Extras can be easily arranged such as excess waiver insurance, an additional driver, a full-to-full fuel policy and child seats.

Your car can either be on or off airport. We can also arrange delivery to all the Bond sites apart from those in Austria, France, and Italy.

Peace of mind

If anything goes wrong our Travel Relations Manager will negotiate with the supplier on your behalf to try and get a favourable resolution.

Important Information

If you elect to return the hire car at the same time or earlier than the collection time then the number of days will be as you expect - if you collect 15:00 on Monday and return 14:30 Wednesday - this will be 2 days hire. If you return the car at 16:00 you could be liable for another full day hire charge. If the company in question makes such a distinction the price will be shown later on in the online booking process.

Prior to booking your travel arrangements, you are advised to read the travel advice from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development (FCDO) Office. After you have made your travel arrangements, HPB Travel Club Ltd will contact you, should there be a substantive change in their advice.
